Training Leaders

As people come to faith in Christ and new churches are planted, we want to see these communities of believers continue to grow deeper in their faith. We equip leaders in our training centres and seminaries worldwide so the future leaders of the national churches will be from within that country.

From our founding in 1901, we believe that, “A nation can best be won by its own sons and daughters.” One Mission Society operates 33 Bible training schools around the world with over 6,000 students in various ministry tracks. Training national Christians takes many forms, such as:

Sending work teams to help build and maintain school facilities.
Providing quality seminary staff in the Bible schools.
Supporting students financially and prayerfully through International Support Ministries program.
Establishing key endowments to secure scholarships and staff salaries.

OMS has training institutions around the world:
India, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Russia, Spain, Haiti, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil
